• Must be an existing Commercial customer of The Gas Company.

• New gas equipment must replace the same type of non-gas equipment and receive gas service under The Gas Company's qualifying schedules.

• New gas water heating equipment must be sole source of hot water.

• Installation must be completed within two months after program ends.

• Rebate amount will depend on BTU rating and use of newly installed gas equipment.

• Rebate credit will be credited to your gas account.

• Appliances must be purchased by July 31, 2008 to qualify for the additional $100 rebate offer.

• Program may not be combined with any other offer.

• The Gas Company reserves the right to discontinue the Commercial Switch to Gas Program at anytime.

• The Gas Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
